I got there at 4 AM and was out by 6 AM to report into work. The ladies were fast and it was amazing being around all black beautiful women.

I came with my hair washed and combed out and then the stylist blowdryed my hair. It hurt so badly. She went from the root to the ends , It felt like my hair was being ripped out. I asked her if I could comb it out again, so I could be more gentle and they didn't understand me. While braiding she also combed my hair again from the roots to the ends , instead of ends to the roots and it hurt. I was wincing in pain and trying to keep still. I wanted a protective style and to support businesses of color , but honestly from my experience people of color have all been very rough with combing hair and Asian hairstylist have been very gentle. I am very happy with the end results. I have very neat beautiful braids and I do hope that this can be a protective style while I have small kids around. I chose to cut my hair before because of babies pulling hair and hair being difficult to maintain while taking care of everyone else. We'll see how the health of my hair is as time goes on. I hope I can come back and recommend this beauty shop to friends and family.

They were very professional, I was in and out in a good time. The environment was clean . There was not hair all over the place . Price was worth the style . I will come again and again . So glad I found a braiding place as I’m from North Carolina and I hate making appointments with one braider and it take forever . All in all I would recommend. Thank you guys for everything .
